Continuing the momentum from the successful delivery of the Bank of Ireland Home Insurance online purchase journey, the Self Service project was initiated in 2013. The primary objective was to create a centralized platform to host and manage documents that users frequently needed. This self-service portal allowed users to conveniently view documents online or download them. Notably, the project emphasized delivering an optimal user experience, ensuring seamless access to documents on both desktop and mobile devices. SCSS was utilized for styling, providing a modular and maintainable approach to styling that could be later compiled to CSS.
